The Songster Brigade is the name given to the adult church choir in the Salvation Army.
The Songsters usually sing in the Sunday Meetings, with their contribution enhancing the worship. Their songs are usually in four part harmony and are accompanied by piano or backing tape.
The Songster Leader is Mrs Enid Dawson.
The Songsters often visit other Churches and Church Guilds and lead programmes designed to, not only entertain, but also to share the Gospel Message.
